"Our horses aren’t fancy. They aren’t show ponies that are going to win classes, or animals that most would consider “desirable” in the sense of monetary value. In fact, most have special health challenges, conformational flaws, old injuries or scars that deem them “not worth the effort” by industry standards.
To us, they are unique, beautiful, and treasured far beyond any value the world would put on them. Many have overcome circumstances that could have claimed their very life.
And still, they safely carry so many kids through the hardest seasons they will ever face: faithfully introducing them to hope, confidence, trust, and the love of Jesus.
Each of our beloved session horses are unique, resilient, and have incredible stories that resonate deeply with the session kids they serve. We hope you’ll come and meet them at our Hoedown on September 12!"

This sweet guy is the horse you all determined we should welcome to the Ranch and we’re so grateful to the 17 amazing people providing for him!
He still has a long ways to go but is well on his way! Stay tuned for his full glow-up which should be in a few months.
Senior horses like Reese require very specific nutrition that has to be the right type, consistency, amount, and frequency for their old systems. He is being fed Triple Crown Senior Gold and thriving on it! More to come on feeding Senior horses and helping them thrive in their golden years. 🤠"

We call him our “tree angel” around here and our gratitude for him is immense: he has so generously donated his time, skill, and countless hours to make our ranch safe, beautiful, and welcoming… if you are ever in need of an expert tree guy who is fair, professional, and a genuinely good guy, call Bill!
Several of our volunteers have hired him to help around their properties and he is second to none. Whether you need a bunch of dead trees removed, or a single tree compromising a building taken down with precision and skill, he’s got you!
