"Thank you to our friends at FarmVet for such a generous donation of so many helpful things for our herd!"
"Often times, we can’t share their faces or their stories. But we can share this: we’ve surpassed 3,000 hours of programming at the Ranch this year… and we’re not done yet! 🐴❤️
Behind every one of those hours is a life being impacted in ways you may never fully see or hear about.
Your support makes more of a difference than you could ever know. Thank you for helping make it possible for people who have experienced some of the worst humanity has to offer to experience some of the best… through the kindness of session leaders, a safe place to land, and the unconditional love of a horse to reflect God’s heart to them.
You may never know the full story of the life you’ve helped change, but please know this: you are part of it. And we are so grateful. 💕"

"We loved having the opportunity to bring a few of our senior rescue horses to Farm Animal Care Coalition of Tennessee’s Livestock 911 Training today where over 80 law enforcement and animal control officers were present. We’re so passionate about sharing how senior horses can thrive and do not have to be thin… and these guys help prove it.
Reese is still in rehabilitation and it was important to take this opportunity for him to show a “super senior” horse in the process of recovery. He is now officially a BCS 3 having gained over 150lbs since rescue- just about 250 more to go! We’ve aged him in his mid-30s. The agent suggested he was even older than that!
Joseph, our 37 year old saddlebred was his usual chatty and excited self but did great! He arrived into our care 7 years ago as BCS 1.5/2 with a skin infection and high parasite load.
Thank you FAACT for providing such a vital learning opportunity for law enforcement and animal control across Tennessee. Today’s training was phenomenal!"

"You might remember Hope. She came to us the first day of our Spring Session Season in February 2024 as an emaciated and defensive mare.
Over the course of her rehabilitation, volunteer Audrey won her heart and later adopted her!
Audrey is now in college studying to have a career in equine-assisted services and took Hope with her.
“I love her for her strong personality and loyalty. Once you earn her trust, she is so loyal and shows her love fiercely- I know she would do anything for me if I asked!” Says Audrey. “This summer, we started learning to canter under saddle, introduced a full bit and bridle, and began working on some more advanced liberty tricks! She has learned to LOVE trail rides and any time spent riding outside the arena. Her absolute favorite thing is cantering up the big hill when we ride around the property.
We also discovered that she enjoys jumping, and loves having free time in the arena to run around and get her zoomies out. She has gained so much confidence under saddle and shows a genuine desire to work with her rider. And we found her love for popsicles- she can barely contain her excitement when she sees one coming!”
We would love to keep all of the horses we rescue, but some just thrive better when they have one person they can call their own, and Hope made sure she had her person!"
