"We’re not really gala-type folks. Galas can be great for nonprofits but they’re really expensive to put on and take a lot of time to plan and prepare… time away from the work we need to be doing as an organization. With our wait list growing and the need so high, we just need to keep our focus on carrying out our mission.
So, the best way that we can do a fundraiser that is true to who we are, helps raise funding for programs, and is still fun for you to attend is by throwing a good ole fashioned hoedown that is fun for ALL ages to attend.
We hope you’ll join us here at the Ranch on September 12!"

"While most of our session horses are rescues we’ve had the privilege of rehabilitating, a special handful came to us after being loved and cherished their entire lives. Their owners generously donated them to Freedom Reigns Ranch, knowing they had the perfect hearts and personalities to make a difference in the lives of others. ❤️
It is always a treat when former owners come back to visit the horses they donated. Recently, Pogo got a very special visit from the amazing family who donated him to the ranch 10 years ago! 🥹
Now 27 years old and missing several teeth, Pogo is still thriving and absolutely loving his session work (just on a slightly lighter scale than in his younger days 😉). He continues to be a favorite among several of our youngsters and has spent many years making a difference in their lives.
Seeing the bond between Pogo and the family who gave him the opportunity to continue his purpose was truly special. What an incredible legacy this sweet boy has created. ❤️🐴
We are forever grateful to the families who trust us with their beloved horses and help give them a new way to make a difference."
