A HUGE thank you to every rider who came out to kick off Thanksgiving week with helping to support Freedom Reigns Ranch (and thank you for being so mindful of our biosecurity protocols to ensure everyone stayed safe and could still come and have fun)!

Big shoutout to our army of Volunteers who helped to do so much prep work and ensure the day went flawlessly!

Most sincere thank you to The Butler Family for opening up their beautiful farm to everyone and carrying a majority of the preparation that went into everything by clearing and flagging trails, setting jumps, and welcoming everyone with so much enthusiasm. We can’t thank them enough!!

It was a fierce battle of the costumes between the turkey and Santa… and at the end of the day all we can conclude is that the age old dual lives on to see another year… AND that we will see you next year for our annual Hunter Pace and Benefit Ride!

"Our boy Cyrus is out of the hospital and healing very well! He still has a few months of recovery ahead with stall rest, limited turnout, and then slowly getting to return to work… but we have overcome the largest hurdles!

We praise Jesus for seeing him (and us 😅) through one of the scariest things horse owners face in having necessary colic surgery.

We are so incredibly thankful for Dr. Allison, Dr. Cassie and the entire team at Tennessee Equine Hospital for taking such amazing care of him, keeping us updated multiple times a day during his stay, and the so generously helping to ease the financial burden.

We do have to replenish our Equine Emergency Fund as the cost to give him this life-saving surgery and treatment was just over $7,000 (which was significantly reduced from the original cost). “Thankful” is the best word we have to describe what we feel in our hearts for all of the amazing people who pour into Freedom Reigns Ranch, but it still feels inadequate.

To everyone who has and continues to pray for this ministry, thank you.

To all of our equine professionals who care for our herd with such compassion and excellence, thank you.
